Of course.
The automated text & email reminders are set up to reminder to the customers of their upcoming appointments. The emails can be edited in your Dashboard, but the text messages cannot.
Automated text & email confirmations are only sent once when the appointment is made and & accepted (if you have that setting turned on). Same as the reminders, text messages cannot be customized.
With both of these alerts, you have the option to set the timeframe you'd like them sent out.
