Trial Appointment Program

Currently I am using the appointments program on a trial basis.  I don't want to sign up until the new price structure since what we would be charged is $50 more than we are paying for our current program.  The new structure will make it much cheaper for us as a small non-profit.  As I understand it, it will be $29/mo no matter how many employees you have?  We currently have 8.  When my trial ends will I lose everything I've input into the program or will it still me there when I subscribe?  Thanks!
