self booking

I have self booking turned off, yet I have had patients be able to re-schedule their appointments online.  This does not work with my schedule.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?  Thanks!

Hello there @optionshealth 

 

This can be disabled from your Calendar and Booking Settings. There is a setting that allows Clients to reschedule or cancel their own appointments.
