Reporting Team sales, tips, commission

Last month on the 14th my square stopped reporting for individual sales. They are all lumped in to unattributed sales. Even though when they check out, we check out by clicking the appointment on the square hardware. No one is getting their sales, or tips, or commission.

@Diamondbeauty have you double checked your settings under staff & payroll ----> shifts  ?  There are some settings there and reports that should break down each person's sales also if they are using team management.
