"By Appointment Only"

I have set hours throughout the week, but would like to add "by appointment only" for Saturdays. I would love any recommendations on how this would best work.

Some people block off that time and have the appointment settings to be approved by the merchant before the appointment is confirmed. You can also state by appointment only on your booking page for Saturdays.
