Is there a setting for Reservation Guarantee for existing customers only

I would like to be able to set my online booking Reservation Guarantee to be for existing clients only. How do I do that

Hey @MccourryMassage.  Currently, that capability does not exist.  Reservation guarantees are all or none.  For now, there is no workaround that I am aware of.

 

I was sure that there was an open feature request asking for this capability.  However, if there is one I can’t find it.  So, you can head over to the Ideate Board and submit one if you want.  Lastly, if you really need this feature now, search the Square App Marketplace for third-party appointment apps that integrate with your Square account.  One of those probably has what you need.
