is there a way to go back to client appointment and link their Square payment?

I sent out payment links, they were paid, but how do I link them to a customer's appointment?

Hi @laddercreek, thanks for you post and welcome to the Community 👋.

There isn't a way to connect Payment Links to Appointments at the moment. This would be a feature request that you can file on our Ideate board. 

You could record the payment for your Appointment as other , but this will be recorded as another payment (on top of the payment you would have taken through Payment Links), which would skew your sales report.

There are other ways you can process the payment remotely though:

• Send an invoice from the Appointments app
• From the Appointment tab of your Dashboard
  Set up an online booking page
