how to activate second location with appointments plus

I just added appointments plus to my acct so that I can access my second location, but I cannot find where to "activate this location for Appointments Plus" through the web dashboard.

HI, you added Appointments Plus to your account, you have a second location, when you added Appointments Plus to your account it is applied to your locations (it is only charged once on your account, not charged per location).  It is the Staff available for multiple locations.
