I am trying to change it within a clients profile. Originally they didnt want texts and now they do for their appointments but their profile isnt giving me the option to change it. Where do iI change it?
First go to your Appointments settings to make sure you can see it in their profile
Dashboard —> Customers —> Settings —> Configure Profiles
Under the “Visible Fields” section, the ‘Appointment Notification’ toggle should be ‘on’ in blue
From there, check the client’s profile
When you click on their name from the directory —> Edit
Scroll down and you should see a drop down menu for the notification options:
email and text
email only
text only
do not send message

Hope I’m not too late to help. I want to say the system has updated and now all you have to do is add their phone number to their profile. When you book their appointment it will automatically send both a email and text confirmation.
