appointments app on phone not showing some appointments

Some appointments are not showing up on our phones and do show up on the PC.  We have tried to update and refresh as well as close the app and restart but it doesn't help.  What should I be doing?

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with appointments not syncing properly between your phone and PC, I know how important it is to have everything show up consistently across devices. 

Here are a few steps to try that can usually resolve this type of issue:


Ensure All Devices Are Running the Latest Version - Please make sure the Square Appointments app on your phone is fully up to date. You can check for updates in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).


Check the Logged-In Account - Confirm that you're logged into the exact same Square account (same email and location) on both the phone and PC. If you're using multiple locations, make sure you're viewing the correct one on your mobile device.

 

Try a Fresh Login - Log out of the app on your phone, then log back in. This forces a full refresh of the account data.

Reinstall the App - If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the Square Appointments app can often fix syncing issues.
