Could you walk me through the steps you were previously using to accept or decline appointments?
Also, what app version are you currently using? Any additional details you can share would be really helpful as I look into this further.

Hi Maya, I'm so sorry for the delayed response! I was recovering from a medical surgery. I am using iOS and the latest version. The issue seemed to have been fixed, but about two days ago I had the issue again. Sometimes its there, but at random it will not display the option to approve or decline. With new appointment requests I have not had the issue anymore, with rescheduling it did occur about 2 days ago again.

I’ve escalated this to our team so they can take a closer look, especially since the behavior appears to be intermittent and tied specifically to rescheduled appointments. I’ll keep an eye out for their feedback and follow up as soon as I hear back.
