Why is my appointment app allowing double bookings?

For some reason, our appointment app is allowing double bookings for our golf simulator.
 
I checked the settings: Appointments -> Calendar -> Settings -> Calendar & Booking -> 'Allow multiple services to be booked online' is toggled off.
Is there another setting I should be checking?
 
Is there a current service issue causing this problem?

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Appointments bookings! For this particular issue I recommend reaching out to our direct customer support. We have limited access to accounts through this page, but a rep will be able to troubleshoot this with you one on one.
