Why is Square showing times available for appointments when I am already busy?

I have my Square calendar synced with my Google calendar, but frequently Square is showing times as available for people to make appointments when I already have something scheduled on my Google calendar. I have double (and triple) checked to make sure that my Google events show as "Busy." I've also cleared my cache several times, but these appointment slots keep showing up as available in Square when they shouldn't be. Help would be most appreciated!
