I just signed up for the Square Appointments but when I view the booking calendar as if I were a client, there are multiple options available when my business is not open or open but I’m not available at certain times due to other priorities.
I have changed my business hours to reflect this. I am also looking to book Mini Sessions on certain dates and times but am unsure how to change the calendar to reflect those specific booking dates/times for my clients.
You can do that.
Go to appointments, then hit staff and add a service provider, once there you can add the services that the provider can do. If you scroll down then you see staff member hours- you can setup the time that the services are offered... if you want to offer different services on each day- you can actually setup the SERVICE as the PROVIDER. I hope that makes sense- it's a little backwards but it is available as a workaround.. We make sure to setup the providers so they have breaks available to them, etc.
