Why does it say no availability in the next 30 days?

I have adjusted my schedule to reflect open availability but I have a customer that is trying to book and she says that it notes that i have no availability in the next 30 days. how can i fix this?

There are a few things to double-check here when getting this error: 

 

Confirm your staff and service availability settings

  • Go to your Square Dashboard โ†’ Appointments โ†’ Staff.

  • Click your staff profile 

  • Make sure youโ€™ve set working hours and selected โ€œAccept Online Bookings.โ€

  • If specific services are assigned, make sure theyโ€™re checked under Assigned Services. If none are, those services wonโ€™t show availability online.

Check your Appointment Settings

  • Go to Appointments โ†’ Settings โ†’ Online Booking 

  • Look at the โ€œBooking Windowโ€ setting. If itโ€™s limited to a shorter timeframe or set to zero, customers may not see your availability beyond a certain number of days.

  • Also confirm your โ€œMinimum lead timeโ€ (e.g., 24 hours, 6 hours, etc.) isnโ€™t restricting bookings too close to the current date.

Check location and service alignment

If you have multiple locations or service categories, ensure the service your customer is trying to book is available at the same location and under the same staff schedule.

I'm terribly sorry but it was back in December and I honestly can't remember exactly the the issue was but I do know it was an error on my part having to do with event syncing in my Google calendar. So one suggestion I would make it to double-check events in you Google calendar (or other calendar to which you might sync your Square calendar.)

@hakunamatidy @xiyanae if you havenโ€™t solved this, I think @tomven had a good idea: could you share screenshots of your booking link backend details? Or a link to your booking site? 
Also, @TGTommyRocket what solution did you find for this so that we can help the others?

Mine is now doing this. Itโ€™s showing limited availability for the month and I have tons of openings. Help!
