I have full access to this account, but I’m encountering an issue when trying to connect Appointments to my Square Online site. The seller is actively using Appointments, so I know it’s set up, but I’m unable to connect it to the Square Online site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey! If the seller is actively using Appointments but you’re unable to connect it to the Square Online site, here are a few things to check:
If you still can’t connect, it might be an issue on Square’s end, and I’d recommend reaching out to Square Support so they can take a deeper look.

Thanks guys! I've gone through all the troubleshooting with no luck. Square Support has submitted a SECOND ticket to Appointments, so we'll see how this goes. I'll report back.
