I'm not able to search transactions by Staff Member anymore. This was working last week. Now when I click All Sources, it only shows Appointments and Point of Sale. It used to show the names of Staff Members. I am logged in to my Dashboard on a laptop.
Please help!
I use Square Appointments as well and I would suggest that you contact customer support so that they can check over your dashboard access and if need be to add a ticket for someone to check over carefully to see if a solution can be applied, if it was an unknown bug, or if perhaps a newer update as replaced the option. I’m sorry I wasn’t more help...but they have been very helpful to me in the past whenever I have had issues 🙂
