Not sure what I am doing wrong regarding https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/services

So I setup how I want my services displayed to my customers, however when I try to "test" making an appointment, I have the following issues:

 

- The 15 services that I offer our not in the same order as I set them up in https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/services.

 

- These services also some do not list the price, even thought I am the price listed in https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/services.

 

Any Help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hey there...hope I can help.  I too use Square Appointments.  First, are you adding services through your iPad or cell phone (the app)?  If so, it may be helpful to either log into your account from a desktop or laptop...this way you can see more edit features a little mor clearer (well at least for me it is lol).  After you have set up your services...I want to say that Square automatically showcases them in alphabetical order.  I’m not sure at this moment if there is a way around them or not unless you “tweak” the system a little.  Not sure exactly what services you’re offering but lets say you operate a nail salon...you could create a service that says “nails” then add variations under such a as gel polish manicure, regular manicure, kids polish change...you catch my drift.  This way you have a little more control on how’s it’s viewed by your clients when booking.

 

As for the prices...check once more.  Make sure it’s set to “fixed’ or “starting at” and that each price is included in the correct spot...including if you charge a late cancellation fee for each service.  If everything is correct...contact customer support and they will access your dashboard and see exactly what issues you may be having.
