It would be great to add this feature. I use Square to run every aspect of my barber business EXCEPT for Appointments because this feature is missing. Every platform out there resolves this except Square. I should just be able to create one service (ie Haircut) that the platform automatically adjusts durations based on the barbers profile.
I have 10 staff members that offer at least 5 different services (haircut, shave etc.) and each staff member requires a different duration for each service. Square’s resolution to this is to create duplicate services for each barber (ie: Haircut with Bob, Haircut with Mary, etc.). If I did this, I would have a booking site with like 50 services to choose from. It would be too congested and not a good flow for the client. I really wish Square’s development team would add this feature so that I could switch providers and use Square, but I have been asking for several years and it seems to not be a feature of interest to them.
