Each of service providers have different pace for the services. Thus, I am looking for a way we can change duration of services per service provider.

Currently, Square Appointments doesn't offer the ability to vary service duration by individual staff member for the same service. However, you can create separate service entries with different durations and assign them to specific staff members.
For example:
Current Setup:
- Service: "Hair cut"
- Duration: 30 mins
- Assigned team members: All team members
Recommended Setup:
- Service: "Hair cut - Apprentice"
- Duration: 45 mins
- Assigned team members: Apprentice team members only
- Service: "Hair cut - Senior"
- Duration: 30 mins
- Assigned team members: Senior team members only
While this approach requires creating separate services based on staff experience level, it provides another approach until more flexible options become available.
