I'm having two separate issues recently in Square Appointments + Online.
1. Events-- there is no way to turn off sales tax. In my state, we don't charge sales tax for events. So there should be a way to uncheck the box to make this untaxable but there isn't.
2. All of a sudden my packages are charging shipping. These are service packages so they are redeemed in the studio. Nothing is shipped. I don't see any option in the package creation to turn off shipping. The price is also high enough that it should trigger free shipping on my site.
Where can I find the options to remedy these issues.

We are very happy to step in here and see how we can help. For the issue with shipping, is it happening on all services? If not, can you let me know which services this is happening on? For the events, are they set up as events or items? We should be able to look at the settings from there!

and it is only charging shipping for this one package.
