We are using passcodes to sign into appointments on an iPad. When I click logout from any staff account I am automatically directed to the owners Schedule and have to click login to be directed to the passcode login screen. However when the system times out automatically I am directed to the passcode login screen. How do I make sure the owner schedule does not show up when I chose logout vs letting the system time out and take me back to the login in screen?

The system timeout behavior you're experiencing (which correctly takes you to the passcode screen after logout) indicates that the proper security settings are available, you just need to adjust a specific setting for your device:
1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Device Management > Modes.
3. Click on Other Modes, then select the specific mode associated with your iPad.
4. Click Manage.
5. On the left-hand side of the Settings page, click Security.
6. Toggle on Passcodes (if not already enabled).
7. Under Require passcodes, ensure After logout is selected.
8. Save your changes.
This will direct staff to the passcode login screen immediately after logout, rather than displaying the calendar first.
