When clients book for their appointment, can clients input their birth date so we can log our client's birthday for possible free services or surprise gift?

Thanks for touching base with your question, I'd be happy to provide some more information here.

While there isn't an option to request this information during the Appointments online booking flow, there are a few other ways you could achieve this.

The first option is to manually add this information to your Customer Directory. This is more of a manual process, both in terms of entering the information and tracking the birthdays.

If you're looking for an automated option, the closest you could get to recording birthdays for your clients would be through Square Marketing.  Marketing will allow your customer to subscribe to receive marketing material from you. Once your customers subscribe, you can create automated campaigns targeting specific events, such as customer birthdays, and invite customers to submit this information.

You'll then be able to ensure your customers automatically receive promos or special offers each year on their birthday,
