Specific Appt Times for Appointments

Hello! Trying to start an online booking website for pilot license testing. 

Here is the scenario I am looking to achieve;

I am available for testing between 8am-5pm, daily. I can give two kinds of tests, 4 hour tests and 8 hour tests. 

Scheduling the 8 hour test seems to be no issue but I see no way to offer 2, 4 hours tests per day? 

When I try to set it up, the client can pick 8am,9am & 10am as the start time. If they pick 10am, I can only fit one test in per day. But I want to offer two. 

I tried only offering my time in 4 hour blocks, but then that affects the 8 hour test. I am hoping this makes sense and someone would know how to make this work for online scheduling and not manual scheduling.
