Service Categories on Booking Site Don't Match Service Library

Hello, 

 

I have my services set up in different categories in my service library but they are all listed in 'other' on the booking site. They used to be categorized and displayed on the booking flow, but now they are not and I can't seem to reset them. Did something change?

I took a look at your site and it all looks great to me! 

I see a few different categories with different services under each. 

 

Maybe you got a chance to talk to our support team or you were able to catch the issue and correct it. 

 

If that is not the case and you continue to see something wrong, please let me know, I'll take another look. A screenshot of what you are looking at is always helpful too.

 

P.D.: If the published site looks wrong to you even though everything on the backend looks correct, clearing your cache usually does the trick

Cache will trick you like that sometimes, so that's my theory on what happened. 

 

If you do happen to experience this issue again, let us know or reach our direct support team and we'll investigate.
