Trying to figure out if I can require credit card pre-authorization for a cancellation policy with my paid appointments, and not require that for a free consultation appointment? Is there a way to do this?
The only thing I can find is all or nothing and I don’t want my free consultation appointments to have to enter a credit card number. I feel like that might deter them from booking the consultation.

It's currently not possible to customize the payment requirement for each service. I understand how this would be useful for sellers like yourself who offer free consultation, and I suggest filing a feature request on our Ideate page.
