Response specific to appointment type

I need to automate certain emails. Examples:

Schedule a consult > receive questionaire

Schedule appointment type A > receive link to intake

Schedule appointment type B > receive list of resources

 

Right now I am doing all this manually. I have not found a way in communications to edit response to specific appointment types,  just specific appoint requests (accepted, declined, confirmation messages would go to all appointment types when accepted, declined,  or confirmed).

The automations available in Square Marketing are specific to Square algorithms, I cannot change the trigger, and the triggers available don’t match any automations we need.

At this time, the feature you're looking for is not available. 

 

I would recommend posting your feature request on the Ideate board for Appointments.

 

In our ideate boards, members of the Community can add votes to feature requests and our product teams periodically review this requests to consider adding them on future updates.

I know that this can be frustrating.  I do agree with Frances below that adding this idea could get Square working on this feature request in the future.  You can attache "contracts" to certain services that are booked through appointments.  Perhaps you can customize it to what you need it to say and the information you need to obtain from your clients...this might help a little 🙂
