When the customer is selecting the appointment time, this is prominently displayed at the top
I have tried turning this off
but it doesn't change anything. How do I remove this option?

I'm sorry this is happening and I agree with Sayra...you need to contact Square Customer Support so that they can go behind the scnes of what we can see. Because this is the option that if toggled off should cancel it on the client's booking side as well.
Do you see these other options as well?
Let them check your subscription tier level to see if that might be the reason. I hope this helps you 🙂
