As a business owner, I receive both a text and an email for every appointment made/cancelled. How do I change this for what I receive?
Appointments > Settings > Communications is not correct for my question.
Hi @STMDawn, welcome to the Square Community! And thanks for submitting your question. You are correct that Appointments > Settings > Communications will not give you access to the notifications you'd like to update. You will want to go to Team Members > click your name > scroll down to Booking Notifications, and adjust from there. I'll add a screenshot here for you:
