Managing Subscriptions & Bookings for Parents/Children – Any Tips or Integrations? - TeamUp

 

Hi everyone 👋

 

I’m trying to figure out the best way to manage subscriptions and bookings where the parent is the paying customer, but it’s their child who actually attends the sessions. At the moment I’m struggling to make this work smoothly with Square’s subscription tools for our business The Extra Yard.

 

I’ve been looking into TeamUp, which seems great for customer management and communication, but we really love using Square and would prefer to keep everything here if possible.

 

Does anyone have experience managing this kind of setup in Square, or using an integration with TeamUp (or another platform) to make it easier? Ideally, we’d love a membership system that also lets us message customers directly within an app.
