Anyone know how to group all past customers into a "no show" category if they have no showed before? It seems to put everyone in the cancelations category rather selecting the no shows only.
I saw a new feature added to block people from booking and want to block all of the no shows only. I have too many to remember who they were until they attempt to book and then I have to decline it. I’d like to just prevent their booking ability all at once
Hey @Edeng. First, may I ask… where did you see “a new feature added to block people from booking?” As far as I know, there has been no such new feature announced. I checked the Square Appointments help documents and all the settings, and don’t see any such setting. So, I’d be very interested to know where you saw it so I could check it out and maybe help you if it does exist and I just “missed the memo.” Ha.
Absent that feature that I missed, there is no way to automatically block customers currently in Square Appointments.
