Can I make a front desk login for appointments on register everyone can use w/o seeing full access?

I need to keep our front desk register up and open with appointments and the checkout option available all the time. We have employees and contractors but not just a single front desk person. Right now the only way I can find to do this is to have myself logged in as the master account and then anyone can view ALL things. I have tried making a new employee login I just give 'front desk' level access but it faults and doesnt allow calendar view at all even though it is selected. Any ideas? thanks.

Could you please provide more information about when you created this Front Desk level access? Additionally, have you tried logging out completely and then back in to see if the issue resolves? Also, could you let us know which Square device you are using as your point of sale?
