Need help with employees managing their schedule

Hi i have 2 employees that signed up for dashboard so they can set their own schedules but its not adjusting the booking site availability (customers are still able to book at any time during our "open hours" even thought there is no employee scheduled at that time.) It should be showing only available appointments based on when these girls have input their schedule. How can this be fixed?

Okay let’s see if I can be of some help.  You need to go under each employee and adjust their availability.  Meaning you set their standard hours and days that you two have agreed that they will work.  So if one employee works Monday - Friday and off on the weekends you would have to set that from your side of the dashboard.  Now...I may be a little off, but I’m not sure if your employees have full access of setting their complete availability at the moment.  They can go into their schedules and block off time they do not want to work (for example one employee works on the weekend but is going on vacation so she blocks his/her time off).  If this doesn’t work for you ...or if this isn’t exactly what you need help with...please contact square customer support...they will access your dashboard and will definitely be able to give you some feedback/help.
