Multi-Staff Booking on One Bill

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: appointment bookings in one bill

 

Hello,

 

I'm having hard time booking on one bill with 2 same services with 2 different staff for the same time. I have multiple staff set up and different room too. Staff availability is open and nothing else conflicting. It wont allowed me for the same time. It shows as one for noon and one for 1pm. when i want same time 2 staff . Please help. thank you

Are you receiving any specific error messages? If so, could you please screenshot what you are seeing?

 

Another question I have is, do you know if you have "multi-staff booking" turned on? Feel free to follow these steps to double-check that, please:

  • Sign in to Square Dashboard and click Appointments.

  • Click Settings > Calendar & booking.

  • Toggle ON Allow multiple staff to be booked in a single appointment.

  • Click Save.

Please let me know those bits of information and we can go from there.

Thank you for your reply to my issue. It is turned on and also 2 different staff and room.

Hi Sammie 

 

Yes i am. Still unable to have same time booking. Two staff no issues but the calendar books it at a different time apart base on the time allotted.

Thank you for double-checking that! 

 

I checked in with our Appointments team and unfortunately they said that it is not possible to create a single reservation with two of the same services at the same time. This is due to the fact that services on a reservation must occur one after another. You would need to create two reservations in this case.
