Late Cancelation Fee vs No-Show fee

Is there no way to charge a late fee? When I cancel the appt, the no-show fee is display (i.e. 100% instead of the 50% we want to charge). Our policy states late cancellation (within 24hrs) is 50% and no-show is 100%. But there is NO way to set it up. 

I feel like this should be a basic function for a booking system, especially the system allows a cut-off time to be enforced. I'm kind of regretting switching to Square now.....

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing this feedback, I completely understand why this would be frustrating, especially when your cancellation policy clearly distinguishes between late cancellations and no-shows. At this time, Square Appointments doesn’t support separate, automatic fee rules for late cancellations versus no-shows. The system only applies the no-show fee when an appointment is marked as such, which is why you’re seeing the full 100% charge instead of the 50% late-cancellation fee you’d prefer when cancelling within 24 hours.
