How do I get my packages to show up on my Square Appointments booking site?

My massage services show up on my Square booking site (through Square Appointments). I just set up packages for the first time, but the packages don't show up there. I cannot figure out any way to add them, or set them up as a "service."

I have a couple questions on this:

• Are the packages showing up as a different type of item instead of a package?
• When you are saving the items, are the packages just not saving at all?
• Which particular packages are you looking to add?

Once I have these few answers, I can dive into this again for you and get you some answers for this.

I have the same issue. The package does not show up as an option when clients go to my booking site. I have a service based business (like @ECFL). My services are listed but not the option to purchase the package of my services I created. I had to create a separate link on my website and embed it into my website (hosted by GoDaddy) for my clients to purchase a package. It's annoying and not practical.

In answer to your questions:

No, the package does not show up at all in the list of options to purchase, not as an "item" or a service

We are not selling "items" in a package, we are selling services in a package. The package will save but not show up on the booking website for purchase.

We want to add a package of services and have it show up on our booking page.

Please let us know if this is possible or not. If not, it needs to be corrected because it's an issue for service based. businesses and makes me want to use a different platform for my booking.

Have you checked the option to be available on your site, Its at the bottom, under Pricing, 
It says something like this, 

Where it’s sold
This item will not be sold online.


Make sure this is enabled

I have checked. I do not have a Square website, only a booking page for my services. My website is through GoDaddy and I don't have an option to put the package on my Square booking page. I only have the option to create a website in Square or publish it on a third party platform like Google, Facebook, or Instagram. That is not what I need. I need the package of services to show up as an option on my booking page (through Square).

I get it now, after researching it looks like "packages" do not show up online on booking page
Packages created in the item library do not automatically appear for booking.
You must create the package as a Service within the Appointments section, setting a price, duration, and description.
