Hi there I was wondering if there was a way to turn off certain employees from being booked by new clients - the only way to book this person for an appointment is if they have had a service done by them before?

That is a great question, and thanks for reaching out. At the moment, Square Appointments doesn’t offer a setting that automatically restricts certain staff members to returning clients only. We appreciate hearing that feedback though, and we recommend posting it o our Square Community Feature Requests board!
