Is there a way for quantities to be added to services for booking.

I am wondering 2 things 

 

can you have a qty button added to a service? For example I own an entertainment business and the services I offer can be purchased by many people at once or by families with multiple kids 

 

can multiple people book services on the same date and time?

    • Yes, multiple people can book services on the same date and time, provided you have enough staff and resources available. Ensure that your staff members and any necessary resources (e.g., equipment, rooms) are set up correctly in your Square Dashboard. Each staff member should have their availability set, and resources should be assigned to avoid double bookings.

    • To set this up:

      • Go to the "Appointments" section in your Square Dashboard.
      • Navigate to "Settings" and then "Staff" to add or edit staff availability.
      • Ensure that your services are assigned to the appropriate staff members and resources.
      • In the "Resources" section, create resources like equipment or rooms if needed and assign them to your services.

We also desperately need this fixed and its driving down sales. We use appt calendar for Drop-in Child Care and parents cannot book 2 slots in one check out screen because it calculates the time as ONE slot. So if we have 2 kids who need to book a 5 hour time slot it will not allow because our hours are 8am-5pm. What we have to do is have the parent check out twice, once for the child and then a second time for the sibling rate, but if its a new parent who has not booked with us before they don't understand that the calendar may say we are full but we are not 😣
