Our business consists of 3 people, all owners. I am the only one that gets notifications when an appointment is booked.
Anyway we can all receive a text?

You can enable email and SMS notifications for individual staff members under their Booking Notifications settings (Please see screenshot below).
To ensure all team members receive notifications when an appointment is booked, make sure each person has their Emails and Text Messages (SMS) toggled on in their respective settings. If they aren't receiving notifications, you may need to update their preferences in Square Appointments > Team Members > Select Team Members Name > Select Appointments under Team Members Profile.
Currently, Square does not offer a built-in way to send SMS notifications to multiple team members at once. If this is a must-have feature for your business, consider submitting a Feature Request in the Square Community.
