We have two locations and some of our technicians work at both locations. On the app, there is an option at the bottom of the "More" tab that lets us switch locations. Admins are able to switch, however when our technicians try to switch location, there are no other locations listed.
Which permission will allow our staff to switch locations to view their schedule on the appointment app?

To allow technicians to view schedules at multiple locations, you'll need to update their Team Permissions. Specifically, ensure that their permission set includes access to all assigned locations.
Here’s how you can do it:
Once updated, the technicians should be able to switch locations and view their schedules on the app.
