Reach out to admin of the business manager 'X' to gain access.
What do I need to do as business manager X to fix this?

Just need a little more information from your situation to make sure I am understanding what you're experiencing. Whenever you created business name A - did you create a new Square account or just rename the account from business name X?
When it comes to integrations with other platforms, normally it's better to reach out to them first. Unfortunately, we don't have access to their side of the integration. When you see the "Admin Permission Required" - is that on the Instagram side?
