How to redeem package

When checking out a client who has purchased a Package, on the Appointments and/or POS apps, there is no way to redeem the package.

 

The video instructions do not correspond to the apps above. There is no Take Payment pop up. 

Both apps lead me to House Account, which is a dead end.

 

can someone please help? Thanks.

Can you share how you're redeeming the package?  Is it from the Appointments Calendar screen?  I click the client's appointment, then "review and checkout". It should say 0.00 charge from there.
