How to let customer choose between at-home or in-store Appointment?

A hair salon and we do hair cuts both in the store or at the customer’s house — how can the customer choose which one they want to make an Appointment for? Thanks!

You’re able to select a default service location from the Settings tab of your online Appointments dashboard to specify where your services will take place.

You can choose one of the following options:

  • At my business
  • At the customer’s location
  • At both my business and the customer’s location
  • Phone only

If you choose to accept appointments at the customer’s location, you’ll have the option to enter the location details when creating an appointment. To do so from your online Appointments dashboard:

  1. Click Create Appointment.
  2. In the appointment details screen, click Options.
  3. Select Perform service at clients location.
  4. Enter the client’s location details.
