I want to be able to enable automatic refunds when someone cancels their appointment so that I so that I dont have to do it manually each time. How can I enable this feature ?
Hey there @adventurenest.. Automatic refunds of what, exactly? Do you require prepayments? Deposits?
So when someone books a play session at our indoor play space and they would like to cancel I would like for the refund to be processed automatically. Or if they cancel their party appt with in our cancelation policy they will also get refunded automatically
I appreciate all of that. Unfortunately, this is currently not a feature of Square. The only thing you can do is submit a feature request for the team to consider. You can do that here. Be sure to read the submission guidelines before you do.
We do require a 70% deposits for parties but we ask parents to pay in full for play sessions
