How do I set certain customers to only be allowed to book certain days?

We have different zones set and I need to be able to only allow certain customers to book on specific days. 

For example, people in zone one can only book on March 28th. How do I set this up?

At this time Booking Restriction is a Feature Request @EasyLivingPools.  I will make sure to pass this feedback over to the product team in charge for their visibility and consideration in future updates.
