I turned off the assistant, because i didn't want any of that, then this feature arrived instead.
Clients think they are responding to me, but they are responding to square chat. Then it goes to email, and I get it hours later when I have time to check my emails. It's very confusing for staff and clients. Is there a way to turn that off?, or is there and Option that it can send me a Text instead? Texts come right to my phone and I see them all, I get hundreds of emails, and only have time to check a few times a day. People tell me they are in there car waiting, and I assume they didn't show up.
