How are Subscriptions/Packages Redeemed?

I provide services. I figured out how to set up a subscription for clients. However, I few questions. Would they be able to sign up for subscriptions themselves on my booking site? And when they book appointments through their subscription would it come up as so or would they book a regularly and I’d have to zero out the cost myself because the customer is on a monthly subscription plan?

It sounds like you're referring to the Packages feature in Square Appointments. Packages are a prepaid series of services or classes that can be redeemed by your customers. When a customer books one of the included services, Square will automatically apply the full value of that booking at checkout.

Is there a way to set up packages to include services and products. 

I sell sell Spa services and home care products. I'm unable to create a package to include the products they need.

@Skincityspa This is a great question. I do not believe it is currently possible to have packages that include services and products. Appointments is very much its own thing at the moment. Having said that, I think it would be a great feature request.
