How To Remove Sales Tax from a Class in Appointments

I'm adding a class/event to my schedule and it is charging sales tax.  There is no way to uncheck the box.  All the previous "answers" to this problem don't apply to classes but more retail issues.  Can anyone guide me on this?

@Doran  I think it may be a bug for you. Here is my test Class: 

Sorry it's not much help. But it's one additional data point.

I did that and the options are pre checked.  I can't check or uncheck the boxes and besides that no option shows up for NO SALES TAX.
