Has anyone experienced calendar synching issues?

 

  • I am on Appointments Plus
  • I’ve linked my calendar to the correct bookable staff
  • Events are marked “Busy”
  • But Square is not respecting those blocks

It sounds like this might be related to a synced Google Calendar, but just to confirm — is that what you're referring to?

If so, you can try refreshing or removing the synced calendar to help resolve any syncing issues. Here’s how:


1. Sign in to Square Dashboard, then go to Appointments.

2. Click Settings > Calendar & Booking.

3. Under Manage Calendar Sync, click (•••) next to your exported or imported calendar(s).

4. Click Refresh Calendar or Remove Calendar.
