Using new Class feature but it's charging tax

I'm using the new class feature but it's charging tax even though it's a service.  I tried a work around making a 0% tax but it won't let me apply that option. It won't let me change the tax amount at all. Why is there a tax field when classes are services?

I recommend checking this setting within your Sales Tax rate that has been applying to your Services in your tax settings. Make sure it's set to "Select items" and not "All current and future items".
